If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery then we will exchange on the item and cover any costs for returning the incorrect/faulty item to us.
Personalised items that have been embroidered or printed cannot be accepted as returns unless they are faulty or not delivered in accordance to your original order. This also includes NICEIC, ELECSA, Gas Safe & clearance items.
Items maybe subjected to a 15-25% restocking charge depending on brand.
